My Angel Friend

I have an angel friend
who is as dear as can be.
I love my angel friend who
means the world to me.
I can’t express the feelings
That is deep within my heart.
Thoughtfulness and gentleness has
Played a very big part.
You have been here for me
right from the very start.
You have shown love and kindness
That only an angel friend can do.
So I hang on to that thought
that my angel friend has brought.
Your tender and loving words to me
your thoughtfulness and you.
Have opened a whole New World to me
that you will be here to see me through.

Don’t Count On Tomorrow

Don’t worry about tomorrow
It’s today that counts
Remember the Lord said
Don’t worry about tomorrow
Live, love, laugh and be happy
Treat people the way you want to be treated
Life is precious you’re only a heartbeat
away from eternity.
So remember there is life and death in what you say
So be kind, loving and appreciative with what you have
For tomorrow it can be gone.
So don’t put off till tomorrow what you can do today.
Tell someone you love them and really
appreciate them.
Because tomorrow you might forget
Alzheimer’s is a terrible disease it takes
Away your memory.
You can think you are secure in your life and it can
be wiped away instantly
So take time for today
Don’t count on tomorrow.

FLYING
I am flying through the air
not a care in the world.
It’s like being set free
knowing God is with me.
The clouds look like cotton like you
can reach out and touch them.
Makes me think of heaven
and how it will be there.
Flying through the air
all alone with God
I can feel his presence and feel safe
in his arms.
My Angel Friend I’m going to see
Who has been a wonderful blessing to me?
Flying through the air.

TEARS

I’ve cried so many tears you see, but that’s what was best for me.
It helps to let your feelings out, so that you can go on and laugh and shout.
It is a form of release you see, that inside you can be what you used to be.
Tears can say so many things
It’s an expression that we have; it shows when we are happy or sad.
Without tears feelings can never be shown because it will be like your heart has turned to stone.
So don’t be afraid to cry the tears
It is good cleansing for the soul.
God sees the hurt and, he feels each tear that is shed.
He take’s each one that falls from your eyes and puts them in a bottle.
So let the tears flow freely as they may, and later you will see a brighter day.
Don’t be afraid to show your tears.
They show that you know how to love,
And that is what Life is all about.
Tears speak a language of love.
