The Long Road

The road has been long and hard my dear
But I want you to know you have nothing to fear
for I am with you and there I will Stay
Hope for the future and a much brighter day.
The tie that binds your loved one and you
will not be undone for it is not held by glue
there is something much stronger that cannot be seen
and nothing will separate you or come between.
It is the love of the spirit deep with each of you
that will hold you together for the spirit is true
as you trudge down this road just follow your heart
for nothing or no one can tear you apart.
Reach out and take my hand as you go
the road may seem rough but we will go slow
so that every obstacle we will surmount
until it is obvious and there is no more doubt.

Angelic Presence

May the pain of loss for you
be lifted up to God today
so that your burdens grow light
passing on through heavenly rays.
May all sorrow in your heart
be replaced with love and peace
granting you renewed assurance
that new life is meant to be.
May you feel angelic presence's
surrounding you at this time
with God's peace that far surpasses
any other peace of mind.

Written for you with lots of love, ((hugs)) and prayers by your friend,
Viola :o)©
WHO ARE YOU?

Who are you? - He looked at me
and asked with widened eyes ---
Well I 'm your wife of many years
don't act as though suprised!!
He studied me again, and said
"Who are you?" - Don't delay
I do not recognize a thing
In all you've had to say...
Do you come here to take my hand
and care for me, so dear ---
Or are you around to frighten me
and cause my heart to fear?
I looked at  him, this man I'd know
for almost all my life ---
The man who'd raised two children
worked hard, and loved his wife.
Within his eyes, I saw the truth
No longer could he hide ---
He really doesn't know me now
Although I'm by his side!!
I ask for God to strengthen me
For all which lies ahead ---
To heal the stabbing pains I feel
Inside my heart and head.
I always thought the cruelest words
To one, could ever be said
Were: 'I don't love you anymore'
But I found out instead
The hardest words to ever hear
That break your heart in two...
Are not born out of cruelty...
But innocence -- And ask: 'Who are You?'

Who Are You?
by Kelly S. Roe

Who are you?  Rang the question clear.
Who are you and why are you here?
I am here to help if I can.
I'm here to help.
It's Heavenly Father's  Plan.
How long will you stay?
Will it just be today?
How long will you stay?
Will you show me the way?
I plan to stay for many a year.
For it takes much time to see things clear.
I hope to teach you, what little I know.
And maybe to help you a little to grow.
I am glad that you came!
We need you here!
We'll gladly keep you all those years.
Tho with a body adult; I'm a child you see.
Something I'm afraid will always be.
My walk is halting, my speech is slow
I pray you can show me the way to go.
Look in my eyes, and you will see,
Love, Compassion, Humility.
So let us go it's plain to see,
we've just caught a glimpse of eternity.
One reaches out takes the others hand.
Together they go,  honoring their Father's Plan.

YOU CAN!!
by Dorothy Womack

For I, the Lord, am with you - so you never need to fear
I will fill your mouth with words which the people need to hear
I will grant unto you wisdom, to know what and when to say
Just follow My direction - and let ME lead the way ---

You are My voice cast outward - New souls, alive, in Him
March onward in My victory and strength, sweet Carolyn -
Do not regard your humanness - but with your spirit, see
That I have led you to this place - a great success to be

For it's the humble man who's lifted up to sit among the proud
And it's the grace of God upon you which is visible to the crowds
Yes, the Love of God within you will shine forth to every man ---
Therefore, cast away all doubt and fear -----
For with GOD's help ----
YOU CAN !!!!

I WILL FACE TOMORROW:

I will face tomorrow - With my head held high
When the day dawns brightly, underneath a blue sky
I'll hold you and kiss you, tell you that I care
You'll tell me you love me, though you know not where

It is that I come from, or even who I am
Yet, you'll feel my comfort when you reach out for my hand
For we are one in spirit, united before God
Whether mentally aware or not - We have trod

Many roads before this one - And more yet to be
Regardless what happens, you can always count on me
Our love is not built on reasons - Right from the start
It's discerned in the spirit and felt with the heart

My beloved, this journey has taken a mighty toll
You dwell in safety - while I struggle in turmoil
One day, your mind will be whole and restored
God will repay us, one hundredfold ---

Things gone forever - I cannot recapture
I long for the day when we both are enraptured
In God's Holy Spirit - His peace, will abide
And, at long last, you'll be by my side

Again, as it once was - except better this time
For I am, assuredly, YOUR one love ----
Just as certainly as YOU will always be mine.......

WHERE ANGELS ABIDE

Don't weep for me , or shed a tear ,see I am yet so very near, not
far from you, I cannot speak as once I did, nor call out your name, but
I see each and everything you do, my  spirit holds to your hand, as you
walk thru Gods plan, to guide you my child thru this sorrow you hold ,
weep not for me and shed no tear, our coming together is yet so near
Don't try to forget our past, or how we shared our life, day break
my child is just in sight,
When all else fails you and turns it's back, remember you are my
angel and this I know cause you see my Lord has told me so, to guard me
thru this awful disease ,and to safely watch over me.
So weep not my child nor cry for me for in heaven we shall be, guided by
angels and the master's hand until we step on that beautiful land, where
the angels abide never alone anymore you my child you will abide on
heavens great shore

                    in my memories of moma
HE CAN'T COME INTO MY WORLD ANYMORE---

His narrow world is not my world now
Too much has happened - Changed somehow
The relationship we formed and shared
When both of us realized we cared ----

For one another's needs and fears
We've been together more than 40 years ---
Now, he looks quietly towards the door
He can't come into my world anymore ---

We're separated by disease ---
No mortal man can e'er appease
This pain I carry in my heart ---
Oh, how I long to be a part

Of his mind, his life and memory
But most times, he doesn't know me
As a person - his wife - companion
All traces of our life is gone ----

Yet, I still hold to the truth in Christ
That our spirits truly are built to last
Beyond this mortal frame we bear
Lies beauty far beyond compare ---

There'll come a time, I know not when
When we will be as 'ONE' again ---
Someday, we'll walk on Golden Shores
Where it will no longer matter --
That he can't come into my world anymore.....

" What Would I Do With Out You"?

You give hope when there is none!

You offer faith when we needed it so much!

You shared your hugs when you needed so many!

You  help us understand that we are not alone!

You take our pain and hurt to heart and say hang on!

You made us a part of you and held us tight!

You make us smile when you have none left!

You give us prayers which we all needed so dearly!

You gave us God! in all his delight  even when the darkness came!

You were there when there was no one but God!

You gave of your love so freely and free!

You knew us more then we some time knew our self!

You gave us of you when you had so little to give!

Hope for now and tomorrow too!

Faith each time we shed a tear!

Hugs for us you always had !

Understanding that didn't come easy but you stayed close!

Pain that hurts you try to ease!

You even got down on your knees!

Smiles you gave them to each and all!

Prayers you shared over us all, one by one that we might not fall!

God! you always keep him alive in all you said and done for us all!

What more can you give or do now let us give some back to you!

See Dear, I need you more then you know!
