What is the meaning for me without you?
How can I go on without you?
How can I survive without you?
The days are long without you.
The nights are lonely without you.
Life has no purpose for me without you.
I don’t want to go on without you.
I am not happy without you.
I’m sad without you
I cry that you are not here
My heartaches without you.
You have been the strong wind
under my wings to keep me steady
You have lifted me up when
I felt I couldn’t go on anymore
You have been my lifeline
You have given me courage
To face things I didn’t understand
You have been my closest friend
My confidant, my support, a shoulder
to lean and cry on.
What more can I say
I need you so in my life
So I can make it through
Alzheimer’s has taken you away from me
And now I’m alone to face all the things
You have been there for me before.
I miss my life that’s what life is
being together always.
Where have you gone into?
You’re little world without me
I want my life back the way it was before
I want you back into my life
I need you and yet I know it will never be
It’s a dream that will never happen again
That is what my Life is
That lifetime is gone forever
Never to have it again
So I will have to face all the things
